Recently, we’ve been testing a new feature we call link sharing (some of you have participated, thank you!). Well, we are now ready to roll that out to a lot more EZs. All EZs who have at least 111 XP should now have this feature.

  • To find it, go to your Home screen and look to the bottom right. If you have at least 111 XP, you will see a purple circle with a “+” sign.

  • Tap that and you will see buttons to post either Tweets or links from selected websites. Choose one and try it out!

  • When posting a link, you can enter a caption which will display above the posted link in the feed.

  • You can also comment on your own posts in order to give more context.

  • This is a great way to share your own work with other EZs, or share anything in web3 you think the community would appreciate.

How do I unlock this feature? In order to share content directly in the feed, you need to accumulate 111 Easy Points. All the info you need about Easy XP and XP Leaderboards can be found in the 🤔product-tips forum. Once you achieve 111 points, you will see the purple + icon activated on the lower right of your screen on your Easy feed and you can follow the step to share from the demo video. If you drop new art, share a link to your collection in the feed! You see something fascinating in the web3 world, share it with all your watchers in the feed! We encourage you to share web3 content with the community. We support links from Opensea, Foundation, SuperRare, Manifold, Mirror.XYZ, Substack, Beehiv, Medium and Twitter currently.

Are there any rules or guidelines for using Link and Twitter Share? Here are a few suggestions that we think will help you get the most out of the content you share: Let's keep the focus on web3 topics. Things in the space that excite you and you want to share with your watchers. This is a great way to share your own work with other EZs as well. There are plenty of social apps to share what you had for lunch, so let's keep the content you share related to our web3 audience.

Keep in mind that, just like any social app, if you over share, others may “un-watch” you. So make sure you are sharing quality content and not sharing so frequently you turn off the community you are building on Easy.

No need to share content from Easy in your feed. We will be shilling the important items from Easy into the feed, so you can react, comment and boost our posts. No need to shill for us, it might clutter up the feed with redundant messages.

Questions about this or any features, ask the Easy Team in the ✋🏼product-help Discord channel or send us an email at [email protected].
