When you create a new Easy wallet during onboarding, or anytime after, you will be asked to record your secret phrase for safekeeping.

This secret phrase enables you to easily recover your wallet if your phone is lost or replaced. No one at The Easy Company has access to your secret phrase and therefore cannot help you recover your wallet if you lose it.

If you lose your secret phrase, and lose access to Easy on your phone for whatever reason, you will have lost access to the contents of your wallet permanently. Conversely, anyone who gains access to your secret phrase has access to your wallet contents.
